1. Regulations on Booth Setup

I. Booth Setup
1. Exhibitors are obligated to get the Booth Setup/ Dismantle Badge in strict line with the show agenda and complete booth decoration within stipulated time. The duration of booth setup is from October 27-28, 2010, 8:30am to 17:00pm every day. Booth setup must be completed by October 28, 2010. Provided working overtime necessitates, please apply to the service counter at the exhibition hall by 2:00pm and submit a certain amount of overtime fees. If the Organizer demands overtime work, the according fees thereupon generated shall be born by the Organizer.

2. To ensure decoration effects, the Organizer places limit on the height of the booths. The maximum height for each standard booth is 2.5m,that is, no higher than the landing stage of the exhibition shelves. For the special-decoration booths, the maximum height is 6m.

3. Given Xiamen Good Life Expo guests from all over the world, for the sake of convenience, it is strongly recommended that English and Chinese languages be used for both decoration and in relevant materials during the show. It is suggested that the materials used in the booths be handy for guests to carry and demand.

4. Exhibitors should set up booths according to the booth arrangement confirmed by the Organizer, as well as follow the regulations on firefighting and security, and so on.

5. Anything in the booth setup and promotion materials of the exhibitions related to national boundaries and border demarcation line of provinces, autonomous regions and cities directly under the central government must be strict in line with relevant laws and regulations such as The Administrative Ordinance for Map Edition and Publications (The State Council Order No.180,P.R.C. issued on July 10,1995),Administrative Ordinance for Publications(The State Council Order No.210,P.R.C.),etc.

6. The Chinese characters "" or its English equivalent "R.O.C." is not allowed in any promotion materials of the exhibitors. Otherwise, the customs office and the organizer will make according severe punishment in line with relevant laws and regulations of China.

Exhibition period
1. The booth furnishing program should be submitted to the organizer by 20th October ,2010, which includes effect picture, working drawing, materials used, firefighting measures, and so on. Then after confirmation, exhibitor could set up booth.

2. In the course of booth setup, exhibitors who need to dismantle the division plates must notify the exhibition owner in the exhibition halls beforehand. Any unauthorized dismantlement is strictly prohibited, and exhibitors will subject to compensation for damages to exhibition plate and shelves.

3. The Organizer will in charge of planning and advertising, including outdoor &indoor advertising, the exposed walls and inside public corridors. The advertisement and booth furnishing are confined only to their booths, not any other places beyond.

4. The main frame of specially decorated booths must be finished before being installed in the exhibition halls. No sawing, drilling, hammering, planning, brushing and painting will be allowed in the pavilions. Exhibition plates as well as negotiation tables and chairs must be free from being nailed, cut, pasted and mounted. It is prohibited to hang heavy products or advertising boards and other equipments on the exhibition boards.

5. It is prohibited to modify, dismantle and damage the edifice and equipments in the exhibition halls, as well as damage the comprehensive wiring and other equipments in the halls.

6. Application to Engineering Management Department in the exhibition halls is required for electrical outfit, appliances, illumination, or decoration power devices and general volume of power consumption of the booths and public booth decoration unit. Any ultimate connection of electrical appliances to power must be handled by engineers in the venue. Electrical heating devices are strictly prohibited.

7. Non-flammable or fire-resistant materials are strongly recommended for booth setup as to the regulations about the firefighting and security. While making arrangements of booth, shelf and etc., the exhibition unit must ensure that evacuation passages and entrance/exit are unobstructed, and guarantee that the firefighting facilities and equipment are intact and highly visible.

8. Vehicles entering and parking should follow the regulated routes with vehicle Badge at the appointed place in the back squares.

9. Before 20th October,2010, exhibitors should submit the info of facial board (in Chinese and English) to the Organizer to make them in time.

10. Exhibitors are obligated to obtain the Booth Setup Badge in strict accordance with the show agenda and complete the booth decoration in time.

2. Regulations on Exhibition Center

1. Exhibitors should follow the opening and closing hours (from 8:30 to 17:00 everyday) stated by the Organizer.

2. If any problem occurs with the facility's water supply, illumination, telecommunications and so on, the exhibition owner will assist on solution.

3. To ensure the security, the show products should be brought into the halls before show opening, unless the Organizer authorized specially.

4. Sale on the spot is prohibited. Otherwise, those products will be sent to the security department.

5. The badge is non-transferable. Any holder should follow the rules & regulations of the show. Any violation will result in the confiscation by the Organizer.

6. Any sublet, reselling or re-lend is prohibited. Otherwise, it will result in the booths confiscation.

7. Any fake goods, shoddy goods or articles beyond the show themes are prohibited. Otherwise, they will be confiscated.

8. No enterprises will be allowed to exhibit and sell the samples that infringe on others’ trademark & intellectual property. If any violations occur, the exhibitors shall be responsible for the severe consequences. The Organizer reserves the right for indictment.

9. Please keep the samples and personal articles carefully. The Valuables should be locked in the exhibition cabinets or be kept by specialized staff in case being stolen. For all the articles picked up, please send to the security department.

10. Before booth dismantlement, any exhibition items are prohibited from moving out without the permission of the Organizer.

3. Regulations on Firefighting and Security

1. The exhibition owner is in charge of firefighting and security, and is subject to the
stipulated responsibilities in the Firefighting Law.

2. Personnel for booth setup of the exhibition unit must have a good understanding
of the evacuation routes and the location of indoor fire hydrant, fire extinguisher and manual fire alarm.

3. Booth decoration proposals and materials used for booth set-up must be sent to
the organizer for verification and check. And the decoration must be carried out in strict line with the checked requirements.

4. Non-flammable or fire-resistant materials are strongly recommended for booth set-up.

5. The electrical heating components used in the electrical appliances or illumination devices are suggested to maintain a certain safe distance with inflammable objects. If installed directly on flammable facilities or adjacent to combustibles, heat insulation and fire resistance measure must be taken.

6. It should be enough holes to reduce the heat in the ad boards, lamp standard, and etc. During the booth decoration, spotlights, quartz lamps should keep the decoration items away from 30 centimeters and be installed by junction box without the wire on the surface.

7. It is strongly prohibited to bring dangerous articles into the halls, where open fire operation and smoking are inhibited. Authorization from XICEC is needed in case open fire operation is a must. Open fire operation will be allowed only on condition that on-spot supervision and protection by relevant personnel of XICEC, and that firefighting measures have been well in place.

8. Booth set-up must ensure each key access is unobstructed, and guarantee that firefighting facilities are intact and highly visible.

9. Booth set-up must ensure no evacuation signs covered. Any occupation and shelter over indoor fire hydrants, manual fire alarms, or piling under fire-resistant scroll doors is expressly forbidden.

10. Smoking or opening fire is strictly prohibited in the exhibition halls, including the venue, booths, warehouse, access and staircases, etc. No dangerous articles shall be brought into the halls. Electrical heating devices are prohibited.

11. In case fire is detected, immediate measures must be taken to put out the fire such as pressing the manual fire alarm, call 119 for fireman, and so on.

12. Any violation of the above regulations or other firefighting regulations should be informed to the Organizer or the exhibition center right now.

4. Booth Dismantle

1. Booth dismantling and packaging starts at 17:00 of October 31st, 2010. Exhibitors are not allowed to dismantle their booths ahead of show agenda unless approved by the Organizer for extremely special reasons.

2. After returning the rented equipment, exhibitor could get the deposit at the service counter according to the relevant receipt.

3. In case disorder, show products should be moved out under the supervision of exhibition staff.

4. Vehicles for transporting the products are subject to the commands of vehicle management. The drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles. Unauthorized parking leading to traffic jam will be severely punished.

5. While booth dismantling proceeds, please keep the own articles carefully in case loss.

6. Please take good care of the facilities in the hall. Once damaged, they must compensate in the original price.

7. Please take down and clean the hanging articles as well as posters while starting dismantling.

8. All show products must be evacuated after the show. If it's necessary to leave them in the halls temporarily or to consign them for transportation, please apply to the service counter to rent a warehouse or transfer to the transportation agent.
