Note: All the exhibitors should register at the EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION COUNTER in the front corridor of Hall E on October 27-28, 2010, as well as get badges after paying off exhibition fee.

Booth Setup: October 29-31,2010 (no break at noon)
Exhibitors exhibit accesses exhibition halls from the back gates. Provided working overtime necessitates, please apply to the service counter at the exhibition hall by 2:00 pm and submit a certain amount of overtime fees.
Exhibition Time: 9:00-17:00, October 27-28 ,2010 (no break at noon) Exhibitors accesses exhibition halls from the back gates at 8:30 & visitors from the front gates at 9:00.
Booth Dismantle: 17:00, October 31,2010

I.Standard booth: each standard booth is equipped with 3 panel walls, 1 table, 2chairs, 2 spot lights, 1 220V socket, 1 waste basket, 1 facial board with exhibitor name (both in Chinese and English)

II.If you need more equipments, please find in the equipment rental.

I.For each booth: decoration, the maximum height is 6m.
II.The maximum floor load for the exhibition halls is: 3.5T/ m² in Hall B and D, and 1T/ m² in Hall C. Any overweight articles will be denied entrance.
III. Provided working overtime necessitates, please apply to the service counter at the exhibition hall by 2:00pm and submit a certain amount of overtime fees.

I.Please provide the following information to the Organizer:
A: Booth Setup Badge: Company Name, Booth No., the Number of Booth.
B: Exhibitor Badge: Company Name, Booth No., Attendees ’s Name
Note: Each booth is attached with 3 badges.
Please submit the relevant info to the Organizer before September 15, 2010.

II.Exhibitor Badge and Booth Setup Badge:
All the exhibitors should register at the Reception Counter in the front corridor of Hall E during October 29-31,2010, as well as get badges after paying off exhibition fee.

III. Exhibitors should wear the badge in the show venue and access the hall on time.
The badge holder should carefully read through the important notice at the back of badge.
The badge is the property of the organizer and must be returned on request, which is non-transferable.

The Organizer has appointed C&D Logistics Group Co., Ltd. as the general agent for exhibits transportation and customs declaration.
