1. Please send the filled application form with signature or seal by fax.
2. Upon confirmation, the total fee or 50% of that amount shall be paid within seven days. Please also fax your remitting bill for checking. The booth shall not be reserved without receipt of relevant fee.
3. The deadline for the application is August.31,2009. Please pay off before September.15,2009. otherwise the booth shall not be reserved and the paid fee shall not be returned.
4. Booth assignment: The earlier one applies and pays, the earlier his booth will be assigned. The organizer keeps rights for adjusting stand.
5. The exhibits should follow the requirements of the show; or they shall not be admitted to entrance. The exhibits referred to the certification of trademark, monopoly and quality shall abide by the related laws and regulations of China
6. All the exhibitors should obey the relevant rules and regulations made by the exhibition center. Meanwhile, organizer and exhibition center keep the right for ultimate explanation.
